About Campfires

A free Catholic youth ministry training course for leaders, volunteers, and parish communities.

Created by the Missionaries of God’s Love (MGL) Media Team, the Campfire Youth Ministry Resource is a collaborative Catholic training initiative designed to serve youth and young adult ministers across Australia. Drawing on the wisdom of experienced leaders, this free video-based course offers practical tools, spiritual formation, and sustainable models of evangelisation to help young people encounter Christ and grow as missionary disciples.

About the Course

Designed for busy youth ministers juggling work, study, and ministry, this course brings together experienced presenters from across the Church to offer practical, theological, and spiritual formation for sustainable youth ministry today. The resource is delivered primarily through short video presentations, with additional access via social media and podcast platforms.
