“Outreach in a primary school nearby - still without electricity in their classes, let alone a hall. We assisted with the installation of lights, and also offer support to the Catholic teachers in the Maumere diocese. The average Catholic teacher salary is about $40 - $60 per month and is only a third of the State school teacher salaries in Maumere.” - Fr David Lemewu

Life in the Spirit Seminar

Maumere Mau Yesus 5 with 400 youth from 41 parishes in the Diocese participated in the three day Life in the Spirit Seminar.
