On 4 September, Justin Uzabeaga, Josh Whicker, and Shehan Hasantha were ordained deacons by Bishop Terry Curtin at St Dominic’s Church Camberwell, Melbourne. It was a beautiful celebration with a large congregation rejoicing in this new blessing for the Church. On 10th September Donn Entienza was ordained deacon at Our Lady of Fatima Church in MGL parish in Manila. Fr Steve Tynan was able to return for the celebration which was a beautiful, inspiring liturgy in a full church. Four new deacons in one month is a first for the MGL! Praise the Lord.
