MISSIONARIES OF GOD'S LOVE

The Sydney Mission is thriving in 2025, with vibrant youth ministry and strong pastoral care. Catholic Youth Sydney is growing, with over 20 young leaders trained, 40 attending Youth Nights, and 50 at Ascension Nights. We’re excited for what God is doing in this Year of Jubilee!

I’ve known the MGLs for five years and have been involved in their music ministry, starting a youth choir in 2022. With Fr Tony’s support, we’ve led music for retreats and parish events. Through The Search, my family now helps others discover God’s love, especially through music ministry.

In December, St Martin de Porres Catholic Aboriginal Community, Holy Spirit Parish, and the Bishop of Darwin celebrated 20 years of their Covenant a partnership built on mutual respect, shared faith, and a united mission to bring healing, mercy, and the Gospel to their communities.

The risen Jesus brings mercy, hope, and life love triumphs, the cross heals, and death is defeated.
