Alpha Course Fuels Parish Renewal at St Benedict’s Narrabundah

We’ve just completed our sixth Alpha course at St Benedict’s, and it was a great success - with over 30 participants consistently attending over the past 12 weeks. Alpha remains a key part of our parish renewal strategy here in Narrabundah. It’s helping to shift the culture - turning guests into hosts - and giving parishioners a real opportunity to be on mission within our own community. It’s been inspiring to see the Holy Spirit at work through simple invitations, drawing people into encounters with His presence through others and awakening in them a deeper hunger for the Scriptures.

Following Alpha, we’re now restarting our RCIA program for the first time since COVID, and preparing to launch a new Bible study group for those wanting to continue growing in faith. This is an exciting season for St Benedict’s as we continue the journey of Divine Renovation—an inspiring parish renewal movement helping us shift from maintenance to mission
